We are John and Lorraine,
full time Rv'ers living the dream rving, and want to share a little bit about our lifestyle.
It has always been a dream of ours to leave work before retirement age and travel around the country in an RV. Sitting down and planning we have figured out a way to achieve this before retirement age and very inexpensively, especially with all the different programs that are out there. So this blog was created with the thoughts that we could share this information with anyone interested or any one who would like to follow our travels, seeing where our travels take us.

So this blog was created with the thoughts that we could share this information with anyone interested or any one who would like to follow our travels, seeing where our travels take us.
Our goal is to research
places and take you with us on our journey. In doing this endeavor we
have been sharing it with friends and family on face book, they
became very excited in hearing about where we've been and what we
experienced in our travels. This is were we became interested in
starting this blog and the YouTube channel.
As with most family’s
you grow, your children move to different areas of the country. Our
son lives in Florida and our daughter lives in Michigan. In traveling
on our own schedule instead of a short vacation we are able to be
there with them in all different seasons. On vacation you have to
limit your time, trying to fit in as much as possible. Traveling with
our “home on wheels” we can experience things in a slower pace
not making them feel like were on the go constantly.
John and I have never really enjoyed the camping when you have to load up and head out , then come back home and unload, during that scenario there is always something you have left at home that didn't make it into the RV. When that happens we would get so frustrated, now living in the Recreational Vehicle full time everything is there as we need it.

The things we don't miss
are property taxes, electric bills, property insurance, cost of home
repairs and property up keep. We also love waking up to the lawn
mover and realizing that neither one of us are on that mower nor do
we have to pay for that service. It so relaxing to know that when
your home you don't have all those things weighing on you and can
enjoy the simple things in life. The hardest thing we have to
remember is what day it is.
So it came to us quite
naturally that we would create a blog and YouTube channel titled,
LIVINGTHEDREAMRVING
